Terciado en banda de tres órdenes de jaqueles plata y gules. Cuartel primero, de azur, con un sol de oro con sus rayos, superado de una corona de marqués también de oro. Este cuartel recuerda al primitivo escudo. Cuartel segundo, de sinople con un casco o yelmo romano, de plata aclarado de sable, con su penacho de oro y gules, y con la leyenda «VENTIPPO» de sable. Al timbre, corona real.
