(de) In Silber der golden nimbierte heilige Clemens in golden bordiertem roten Ornat und mit erhobener linker Hand, der in der rechten Hand einen aufrechten schwarzen Anker hält. Ihm unterlegt ist ein breiter, mit drei silbernen Wellenfäden belegter blauer Wellenbalken.
