Official blazon

Origin/meaning

The arms show a tower surrounded by stars and with a small shield. The shield shows three vulture's heads, which are imaginary arms and canting. They refer to the Uf dem Gyher mine, the first of the tin mines in the region. Geier means vulture in German.
