ORVIN
Canton : Bern
German | blazon wanted |
English | blazon wanted |
Origin/meaning
These are canting arms, which have no relevance to the name of the village. The arms are based on the (wrong) origin of the name : "Ors vin" (Ours, viens ! in French, or Bear, go ! in English). The arms are already known since 1697.
