Über einem schwarzen Schildfuß, darin ein silberner Wellenbalken, in Rot eine durchgehende eingeschweifte silberne Spitze, darin die rote Krümme eines Abtstabes, beseitet von je einer silbernen heraldischen Rose mit goldenen Butzen.
