VINCENT PAUL LOGAN
Born: June 30, 1941
Deceased: January 14, 2021
Bishop of Dunkeld, 1981-20012
English | blazon wanted |
Or three passion nails Sable piercing a heart Gules, on a chief Azure three lilies Argent.
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially registered in 1981.
The three lilies allude to the pot of lilies in the arms of the City of Dundee where St. Andrew's R.C. Cathedral is located. The lower half shows the arms of George Logan of that Ilk matriculated in Lyon Register 1672-77.
