Un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, tăiat în bandă de 3 fascii, două de aur și una albastră. În partea superioară, în câmp albastru, se află un pește de argint, înotând spre dreapta. În partea inferioară, în câmp verde, se află un calatidiu de floarea-soarelui de aur. În vârful scutului, în câmp albastru, se află 4 valuri, alternând albastru cu argint. Scutul este timbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.
