ANVIN

Département : Pas-de-Calais

Blason de Anvin/Arms (crest) of Anvin
Official blazon
French blazon wanted
English blazon wanted

Origin/meaning

The above arms were proposed in 1996, but I have no information whether the arms were actually adopted by the municipality.

The arms are based on the arms of the historical Anvin d'Hardenthun family, Lords of the village in the 13th and 14th century. The flower in the arms is a violet. The meaning of the arms is not known.
