Halbgespalten und durch Wellenschnitt geteilt, vorn oben in Blau ein goldener Dreizack, hinten oben in Silber pfahlweise drei auffliegende schwarze Kraniche, unten in Gold ein roter Greif mit roter ausgeschlagener Zunge und goldener Bewehrung, in den Fängen einen silbernen Anker haltend Origin/meaningThe arms were officially granted on March 16, 1994. The arms show with the trident the importance of fishing in the local history. The base shows an anchor for the shipping and the griffin of Pommern. The three cranes refer to the rich nature in the area.
