A morning star argent hilted sable and sword argent in saltire.
Motto: Celer et fortus.
Origin/meaning
The design symbolises the Bullet and Bomb used by a Fighter Bomber Squadron. The Motto translates as ”Swift and strong”. The Badge was approved in July 1944.
