In Greek Mythology the Goddess of Silence who hid Ulysses when he was shipwrecked on Gozo. Design taken from a Greek Red Figure Vase Painting in the British Museum. The Latin motto translates as "Beware what i hide". The badge was approved on 29 July 1921
