Blue; arising from water barry wavy of six white and blue two sea horses confronty white chief a sun in his glory figured gold.
Motto: Perpetuum mobile.

Origin/meaning

Poseidon's horses kicked up the waves. The Motto translates as "Always in motion". The Badge was approved in 1943.
