GÂRNIC
District/county (județ) : Caraș-Severin
Official blazon
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on October 21, 2004.
The horse represents the occupation of the inhabitants, respectively the breeding of race horses.
The trees and the goat symbolize a second occupation of the inhabitants, namely the activity in the forest area.
The mural crown with a crenellated tower means that the locality has the rank of commune.
