A silver color metal enamel device 1 3/16 inches (3.02cm) in width overall consisting of an arch divided red, yellow and blue, rising from a curved silver scroll inscribed "SPIRIT AND CONCERN" in maroon letters and inclosing within the arch a maroon cross.

A silver color metal enamel device 1 3/16 inches (3.02cm) in width overall consisting of an arch divided red, yellow and blue, rising from a curved silver scroll inscribed "SPIRIT AND CONCERN" in maroon letters and inclosing within the arch a maroon cross.
