9TH AEROSPACE MEDICINE SQUADRON, US AIR FORCE

History: Constituted as 9 Aerospace Medicine Squadron on 26 August 1994. Activated on 1 September 1994. Inactivated on 1 July 1997. Activated on 13 October 2008. Redesignated as 9 Operational Medical Readiness Squadron on 1 August 2019.
