Origin/meaning
The arms were officially adopted on April 7, 2023.
The three small shields are taken from the arms of the De Fontaines family, lords of the village in the 13th century and again from 1587 to 1737. They were succeeded by the de Pélard de Givry family, from whose arms the eagle is taken.
The base indicates that the village is built on a hill, and this is also canting (mont).
