German Geteilt, oben in Silber ein rotes achtspeichiges Steuerrad, unten in Blau sieben silberne Fische. Die Flagge der Gemeinde Priepert ist gleichmäßig gestreift von Blau und Weiß, in der Mitte des Flaggentuchs liegt auf jeweils zwei Drittel der Höhe des blauen und des weißen Streifens übergreifend das Gemeindewappen. Die Höhe des Flaggentuchs verhält sich zur Länge wie 3 zu 5.
