History: Formed at Duxford in August 1940.
Official blazon
A stork volant proper.
Motto: Non multi sed multa = Not many men but many deeds.
Origin/meaning
The Stork alludes tha many of the Pilots of the Squadron prior of coming to The United Kingdom, flew with the French Escadrille de Cygelines. The badge was granted in July 1942.
