Portuguese Escudo de negro, com um cisne de prata bicado e sancado de ouro, com uma estrela de oito raios também de ouro, sobre azul e encerrado numa quaderna de crescentes de prata, acantonada em chefe de dois cachos de uvas de púrpura, folhados e sustidos de ouro. Em contra-chefe, cinco faixas ondadas, três de prata, uma de azul e outra de verde. Coroa mural de prata com quatro torres. Listel de branco com os dizeres : " VILA DE OEIRAS ", de negro.
