Escudo de azul, dois cachos de uvas de ouro, folhados de prata e duas tochas de prata, acesas de vermelho e ouro, passados em aspa, tudo em roquete; em contra-chefe, ponte antiga de três arcos, de prata, movente dos flancos e saínte de um pé ondado de prata e azul, de quatro tiras. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco com a legenda a negro em maiúsculas : “ VIZELA – SANTO ADRIÃO “.
