Official blazon

A pair of crossed bones with a skulle (Death's Head) superimposed theron; resting on the lower portions of the crossed bones a small scroll inscribed "Or Glory". In silver plate.

Origin/meaning

When formed the Regiment took over the Badge of the former 17th Lancers (Duke of Cambridge's Own). It alludes to the Regimental Motto Death or Glory.
